NICOLE LEIGH - PRINCIPal
ISTD BALLET AND PBT TEACHER
Nicole started dancing at the age of 5. At age 11 she was awarded a scholarship to attend the Arts Educational School by which time she knew she wanted to pursue a career within the arts. Nicole then went onto higher education enrolling in a three year theatre dance course at London Studio Centre. Whilst training she completed major examinations in Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre, Jazz, Drama, Singing and Acting.
Nicole started her teaching career at just 13 as an assistant ballet teacher “I always knew I wanted a career in teaching, I love that children are so enthusiastic and imaginative; they are without inhibitions and can be drawn into a story and taken on a journey.
Nicole is a member of The Imperial Society of Teacher's of Dancing (ISTD) and qualified in Imperial Classical Ballet and Modern Theatre Dance; she holds a 1st class Honours Degree in Dance and is a certified Progressive Ballet Technique teacher. Alongside her dance training Nicole has completed a foundation course in yoga and often incorporates elements within her teaching.
Rosie ISTD Tap TEACHER
Rosie started dancing at the age of 3 years at Junior Performers, Corringham. During her time there, she passed all her ISTD examinations achieving high results in faculties’ Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre.
From a young age Rosie always knew she wanted to pursue a career in Dance and after 3 years of study at Masters Performing Arts College, gained a diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre. During her time at Masters, Rosie started her teaching career and passed her ISTD teaching qualifications.
Rosie’s passion for dance and performing arts has given her the enthusiasm to pass on her dance knowledge and creativity to students who also love to dance. Her wish is to inspire the younger generation to become expressive and confident young dancers.
Miss sasha STREET TEACHER
Sasha Fleet trained professionally at the Urdang Academy in London since graduating in 2019 she has been fortunate enough to work with the likes of George Ezra, Reebok, Virgin Media, Amazon, Netflix, Asda, House Of The Dragon, Rak-Su, Tayce, Kanika Kapoor and more!
As well as being a professional dancer, Sasha has a BATD teaching qualification and has been teaching and choreographing for 8 years, she also coaches teams and soloist for many competitions nationally and internationally.
MISS MYLIAH acrobatics arts teacher
Myliah has trained in a variety of dance styles including: ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary and commercial. She trained with Dance Space Essex from the age of 8 until she started training at The Urdang Academy where she is studying a diploma in dance and musical theatre. Alongside her training at DSE, Myliah was an associate at the Central School of Ballet and a competitive all-star cheerleader for 4 years traveling around Europe winning titles such as National and Regional champion. Myliah holds an Acrobatic Arts teaching qualification.
